The Opportunity We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Consultant to help lead the team at our York Outlet Store on a full‑time (37.5 hour) permanent contract.
As a key support to the management team, you will oversee the running of the sales floor and assist in driving and motivating the team to achieve store sales and KPIs. You will be an engaging communicator with a flair for leadership, coaching and training. As a strong brand ambassador, you will model delivering our customer service principles, provide detailed product knowledge to our customers, and ensure our sales consultants have the tools to do the same. Using a personalised selling approach, you will see the customer journey from start to finish, including sensorial experiences such as fragrance consultations or hand and arm massages. You will also support the team with general store tasks – stock management, cleaning and replenishment.
What We Are Looking For The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in retail, including a supervisory role. You will have excellent communication skills, the ability to influence and motivate a team, and a passion for luxury that aligns with our brand values. You must maintain high personal grooming standards, display flexibility in your working arrangements, and be committed to achieving both store and personal KPIs.
