Sales Advisor
As a Sales Advisor, you will provide excellent customer service, guide customers through the store and OMNI experience, support sales, promote products, and maintain a clean and tidy sales floor and back‑of‑house. You will also contribute to garment care, presentation, and support the store team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Day in the Life
Provide excellent customer service by welcoming and guiding customers, including OMNI experience support.
Engage customers in conversation to recommend and sell products.
Present fashion trends, brand stories, and product details across all store areas.
Actively promote the H&M Customer Loyalty App and sustainability initiatives.
Represent the brand positively during all customer interactions.
Support commercial and operational actions to reach sales targets with store management.
Maintain garment care (unpacking, refill, steaming) and visual merchandising according to guidelines.
Operate fitting rooms and checkout areas following best practice.
Contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back‑of‑house, including stockrooms.
Ensure proper stock levels and replenishment routines on the sales floor.
Use in‑store OMNI services and tech tools (Instar Care App, Click & Collect, Smart Store).
Support opening and closing of the store.
Follow health & safety and other legal requirements.

Rather, it is a tool that uses an AI‑created avatar to present you with a set of multiple‑choice questions. These questions are prepared by the H&M hiring team to assess candidates’ ability to perform the duties of the position for which they are applying. The assessment calculates your total score based on predefined point values provided by our H&M team. The hiring team will review your whole application, including your assessment score, to decide whether to advance each candidate to the next stage. The assessment is optional. If you choose to complete the assessment, your score will be one factor that the hiring team considers.
