Service Advisor – Leith Toyota (Holman)

Responsibilities
Serve as a liaison between Service Department technicians and the parts department while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Greet customers with courtesy and efficiency.
Explain the necessary service work and obtain customer authorization.
Write up service needs, provide accurate estimates for cost and completion time, and keep customers informed of vehicle prognosis.
Communicate effectively with customers to achieve satisfactory repairs and promote needed maintenance.
Understand warranty and service/insurance policies.
Call customers to set appointments and answer telephones promptly.
Attend required training and department meetings.
Qualifications
High School Diploma and at least one year of related sales experience or equivalent education and experience.
Current, valid driver’s license.
Good reading, writing, and math skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to outstanding customer service.
Availability to work retail hours.
Computer proficient.
