Overview Enterprise Fleet Management, part of Enterprise Mobility, is building a team to support its vision of being the world’s best and most trusted mobility company. We are excited to announce an opening for a Service Advisor.

The Service Advisor will apply automotive maintenance and repair expertise to support Fleet Management leasing offices, clients, and vendors by reviewing scheduled and unscheduled repair orders. The advisor recommends proper maintenance intervals, repair procedures, and pricing to ensure a well‑maintained fleet while minimizing downtime and costs.

This is a full‑time, work‑from‑home position based from your home residence in

Phoenix, AZ

or surrounding counties. Our department operates Monday‑Friday 6 a.m. – 9 p.m. CST and Saturday 7 a.m. – 4 p.m. CST. Schedules are based on current business needs.

Pay range: $26.06 – $28.06 per hour. Pay within the range is determined by education, qualifications, experience, skills, performance, and business needs. Additional compensation is available for weekend and evening shifts (up to $2.00/hour) and for current ASE certifications ($0.25/hr per certification).

Responsibilities

Review and apply automotive maintenance and repair expertise to provide timely advice on repair orders submitted by external partners via phone and email, in an efficient and friendly manner.

Review proposals to ensure proper repair and maintenance services are performed according to manufacturer recommendations, interval‑based timing, vehicle history, and appropriate pricing.

Negotiate changes or corrections to order pricing when inconsistent with standards, assess and apply warranty and post‑warranty applications while creating and issuing purchase orders; explain operating procedures to clients, groups, and vendors.

Analyze clients’ business needs and repair orders to create and assess solutions; contact clients to provide recommendations, explain proposed procedures, and gain approval.

Identify opportunities and make recommendations to groups and leadership for full maintenance service proposals, repairs charged to clients, and opportunities to cycle vehicles in favor of repair.

Field calls from drivers, evaluate specific needs to locate and suggest proper and cost‑effective service locations for clients.

Qualifications – Minimum

Minimum of 4 approved ASE certifications that are current.

Must be 18 years of age or older.

Must live in Phoenix, AZ or surrounding counties.

Six months of customer service experience required.

Two years of automotive maintenance, repair consultation or dealership service department experience required.

Degree in Automotive Technology preferred.

Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to meet all work‑from‑home technical requirements.

Authorized to work in the United States and not requiring sponsorship currently or in the future.
