Overview Enterprise Fleet Management—the business line of Enterprise Mobility—is expanding its team of Service Advisors to support our vision of becoming the world’s best and most trusted mobility company. This full‑time remote role is based in Birmingham, AL and allows you to work 100% from home.
The Service Advisor will apply automotive maintenance and repair expertise to support Fleet Management leasing offices, clients, and vendors by reviewing scheduled and unscheduled repair orders. Responsibilities include recommending maintenance intervals, repair procedures, and pricing to keep vehicles operating efficiently while minimizing downtime and costs.
Working hours: Monday–Friday 6 a.m.–9 p.m. CST and Saturday 7 a.m.–4 p.m. CST. Schedules are based on current business needs.
Pay range: $24.75–$26.75 per hour. Shift differentials up to $2.00/hr for evenings and weekends; additional $0.25/hr for each current ASE certification listed below.

Qualifications Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of four (4) approved ASE certifications, all current
Age 18 or older
Must reside in Birmingham, AL or immediate surrounding counties, and be a resident of Alabama
Six months of customer service experience
Two years of automotive maintenance, repair consultation, or dealership service department experience
Preferred: Degree in Automotive Technology
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to meet technical work‑from‑home requirements
Authorized to work in the United States; no sponsor required now or in future

Work From Home (WFH) Requirements
Reliable high‑speed internet access via cable or fiber (no DSL or satellite)
Minimum upload speed 5 Mb/s and download speed 25 Mb/s; latency Responsibilities
Review and apply automotive maintenance and repair expertise to provide timely advice on repair orders submitted by external partners via phone and email
Review proposals to ensure proper repair and maintenance services in line with manufacturer recommendations, interval‑based timing, vehicle history knowledge, and appropriate pricing
Negotiate changes or corrections to order pricing when inconsistent with standards, assess and apply proper warranty and post‑warranty applications, create and issue purchase orders; explain operating procedures to clients, groups, and vendors
Analyze clients’ business needs and repair orders to create and assess solutions; contact clients to provide recommendations, explain proposed procedures, and gain approval
Identify opportunities and make recommendations to Groups and leadership across internal business lines for full maintenance service proposals, repairs charged to clients, and opportunities to cycle vehicles in favor of repair
Field calls from drivers, evaluate specific needs to locate and suggest proper and cost‑effective service locations for clients
