Overview Enterprise Fleet Management, a business line of Enterprise Mobility, is looking for a Service Advisor to support our vision to be the world’s best and most trusted mobility company. The Service Advisor will apply automotive maintenance and repair expertise to support fleet management leasing offices, clients, and vendors by reviewing repair orders and providing guidance on maintenance intervals, repair procedures, and pricing to minimize downtime and costs.

This is a full‑time remote position available to residents of Tulsa, OK, or surrounding counties. The department operates Monday–Friday 6 a.m.–9 p.m. CST and Saturday 7 a.m.–4 p.m. CST. The schedule will be based on current business needs.

Pay and Benefits

Hourly pay: $23.45 – $25.45 (based on experience, credentials, and business needs).

Additional compensation for weekend and evening shifts (up to $2.00/hr).

Earn $0.25/hr for each current ASE certification held (A1‑A9, T1‑T8, E1‑E3, L1‑L3, F1, G1, C1, & X1).

Responsibilities

Review and apply automotive maintenance and repair expertise to assess repair orders submitted by external partners via phone and email.

Ensure proposals meet manufacturers’ recommendations, interval-based timing, vehicle history, and appropriate pricing.

Negotiate price adjustments, apply warranties, and create purchase orders as needed, while explaining procedures to clients, groups and vendors.

Analyze clients’ business needs and repair orders to devise solutions, contact clients for recommendations, explain procedures, and secure approvals.

Identify opportunities and recommend full maintenance service proposals, repairs charged to clients, and fleet cycle options.

Field driver calls, evaluate needs, and recommend appropriate and cost‑effective service locations.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum of four (4) approved ASE certifications, all current.

Minimum of 18 years of age.

Residence in Tulsa, OK or the immediate surrounding counties.

Six months of customer service experience.

Two years of automotive maintenance, repair consultation, or dealership service department experience.

Degree in Automotive Technology preferred.

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to meet all work‑from‑home technical requirements.

Authorized to work in the United States; no sponsorship required.
