Our client, a Fortune 250 global manufacturer, is seeking an experienced and motivated Product Manager with a strong background in industrial/engine and project management to join their team in Greater Memphis, TN. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of aerospace products from conception through production and support. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement product strategies consistent with the company’s vision and goals.
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver product development projects on time and within budget.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends.
Define product requirements and specifications in collaboration with engineering, design, and marketing teams.
Manage product lifecycle from planning through production and post-launch support.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure product success and customer satisfaction.
Analyze and report on product performance metrics and make recommendations for improvements.
Develop product value propositions and be accountable for new product launches.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
Proven experience as a Product Manager, Project Manager, or similar role in the aerospace industry.
Strong understanding of aerospace products, systems, and technologies.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead cross-functional teams.
