Pay Range $90,000.00/yr – $100,000.00/yr (actual pay based on skills and experience)

Job Description FLSA Status: Exempt/Bonus Eligible

Reports To: Director of Strategy & Product Management

Position Summary : The Product Manager Faucets will manage Hansgrohe branded kitchen products and bathroom faucets from conceptual stages through the entire product life cycle.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Manage the Kitchen and Bath faucets portfolio and introduce new products from initial market research to product launch, including technical, regulatory, and business case development.

Collect and prioritize feedback from sales and customers, develop implementation plans, and coordinate realistic sales forecasting and ROI calculations during new product development.

Lead coordination with codes and approvals departments to obtain all necessary product listings.

Collaborate with Product Planners, Production & Logistics, Marketing, Finance & Sales to create specifications and suggest new pricing based on market analyses.

Maintain and manage current product range, including phase‑out planning, pricing adjustments, and annual pricing activities.

Assist in marketing strategy development, new product promotions, packaging, installation materials, and promotional videos.

Communicate product introductions, news, and changes to sales, operations, and marketing teams.

Conduct product research, competitor analysis, and product display development for showrooms, shows, and events.

Train internal associates and coordinate technical and customer support information.

Assist in price book, collateral, assets, and brochure development and perform compliance reviews.

Language Skills

Clearly communicate business cases and project updates to executive management in the USA and Germany.

Respond to leadership, vendors, customers, and inquiries at all levels.

Interpret English project briefs, business reports, legal documents, financials, and marketing concepts.

Read and interpret technical publications and have entry‑level understanding of engineering drawings.

Formulate on‑brand responses to common inquiries from customers, regulatory agencies, or the business community.

Knowledge and Skills

3+ years experience in Product Management of finished goods in the Consumer Goods Industry.

Experience in the Building Industry preferred.

Strong project management skills across cross‑functional teams.

Creative problem‑solving and motivation of others.

Data‑driven opportunity identification and marketing strategy optimization.

Ability to multitask in fast‑paced environments.

Strong financial and analytical skills.

Professional communication and exemplary customer service.

Present and deliver visual presentations to HQ and local leadership.

Demonstrated cultural competency.

Education and Work Experience

BA in Business or related field.

Proficient in MS Office Suite.

SAP experience preferred.

35% travel required, including international travel to HQ in Germany.
