Intelligent Audit is a fast-growing freight audit & business analytics technology company helping our customers become smarter shippers – shipping to their customers faster, cheaper and with fewer delivery exceptions. We use big data to help our customers remove inefficiencies in their global transportation spend.
We are looking for a Product Architect who will create the overall technical vision for a specific solution to a business problem. This role will be responsible for the design, development, and optimization of various software components within the IA platform. The Product Architect role involves designing software solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability of software products, including but not limited to the IA rating engine and network optimization tools. This role will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives and drive innovation in software design and implementation.

Act as the primary technical lead for new clients as well as existing client requests
Consult with technical staff to evaluate the integration between hardware and software and the operational performance of requirements for a successful implementation
Assist with projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, creating and maintaining scope documentation
Maintain technical design documentation for software changes and development
Consult with customers concerning the technical design and development of software applications and modifications
Communicate internal deliverables and change requests to key stakeholders
Maintain and enhance software applications and make necessary modifications
Analyze, design, and document system implementation changes for recently completed implementation projects
Ensure milestones are successfully met through oversight of project and coordination of the project team resources
Work collaboratively with other departments impacting the implementation project
Clearly communicate actions needed from all internal and external parties
Understand the business impacts of issues and how they relate to IT owned solutions

Demonstrated strong and effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to multi‑task and handle multiple implementations/requests with ease
A collaborative spirit to work well within team and other departments
Experience with freight rate and audit software, SQL, Jira and/or ticket management system
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Business or related field and a minimum of 2‑4 years of relevant experience
Experience with Smartsheet
Experience with release processes and SDLC
Experience delivering Freight Rate and Auditing software technical deliverables
Experience with the Atlassian Suite
