Regional Property Manager
who brings heart, hustle, and high standards to everything they do. If that’s you, we would love to meet you! Your Impact You will oversee a portfolio of market-rate communities, leading a talented team of Property Managers to success. Think of yourself as the coach, the motivator, the problem-solver, and yes, occasionally the one who rolls up their sleeves and gets things done. Mentor, train, and support onsite teams to be the best in the business. Partner with your teams to hit (and exceed) occupancy, retention, and financial goals. Keep our communities looking sharp with strong curb appeal and well-maintained assets. Step in when resident issues get tricky—and resolve them like the pro you are. Analyze market trends and drive leasing and marketing strategies that work. Lead with integrity and empathy, upholding fair housing and company policies. Stay a few steps ahead with property inspections, reporting, and team development. Represent TI Communities’ mission, values, and culture in every interaction—with joy. What You Bring to the Table Experience leading multi-family housing operations. A sharp eye for financials, budgets, and operational KPIs. A knack for leading diverse teams and inspiring performance. A calm and confident approach in fast-paced environments. Proficiency in Entrata and knowledge of industry standards. A college degree or certifications (CAM/ARM) are great but not required if you have strong hands-on experience and skills.
