As a member of our team, you will play a critical role in fueling our growth in both our established and emerging markets. The BDR role is our entry-level sales position, which is hyper-focused on training, development, and learning our business. Our goal is to teach you everything you need to know about the industry, train you in the fundamentals of recruiting and sales, and promote you to our Account Management position within your first six months with the company. Responsibilities:

Learn the fundamentals of recruiting and the services we provide to our clients

Build and manage candidate and client relationships

Partner with Account Managers on sales related activities

Fine-tune your business development and sales skills to prepare for your promotion into Account Management

Required Skills/Abilities:

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's Degree

6-24 months of post-grad, professional experience
