Job Description: Selling Sales Manager

As a member of our growing and collaborative leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving our growth by leading the sales team within your assigned market. The Selling Sales Manager (SSM) role focuses on coaching, developing, and empowering our sales organization.
You’ll conduct weekly one-on-one coaching sessions with your Account Managers, oversee performance management, lead training and development, facilitate interactive role-plays, support MSA negotiations, and manage the P&L for your market. In addition to leadership responsibilities, you’ll also run your own book of business—managing existing accounts and opening new ones.
This position oversees the Los Angeles and Orange County territory. We leverage progressive strategies and state-of-the-art technologies to maximize our sales effectiveness.

Responsibilities:
Execute a strong data driven Sales and Delivery culture within the market
Consult and build trusted relationships with current and prospective clients
Attract, train, manage & retain top talent within the sales team
Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement
Develop sales strategies to grow existing business and secure new business
Cross-sell higher value engagements to The Intersect Group’s client base
Grow revenue within the market to meet established top-line targets while continuing to expand our footprint
Manage a team of recruiters and account managers
Utilize Applicant Tracking and Customer Relationship Management systems to track and monitor progress and activity
Collaborate with a team to develop best practices in the industry
