Position Summary

The Partner Alliance Manager is responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships with software vendors and technology partners.

This role involves identifying potential partners, negotiating agreements, and ensuring successful collaboration to drive mutual business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software and/or hardware solutions, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Identify and Develop Partnerships:

Research and identify potential software partners that align with the company\'s strategic goals. Develop and maintain a pipeline of partnership opportunities.

Negotiate Agreements:

Lead negotiations with potential partners to establish mutually beneficial agreements. Ensure that all terms and conditions are clearly defined and agreed upon.

Manage Relationships:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations. Act as the primary point of contact for all partnership-related matters.

Collaborate with Internal Teams:

Work closely with sales, marketing, product development, and other internal teams to ensure the successful implementation and execution of partnership agreements.

Monitor Performance:

Track and analyze the performance of partnerships to ensure they are meeting established goals and objectives. Provide regular reports to senior management on partnership performance.

Drive Growth:

Develop and execute strategies to drive growth through partnerships. Identify opportunities for joint marketing, co-selling, and other collaborative efforts.

Stay Informed:

Keep up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new partnership opportunities.

Required Skills

Strong understanding of software, telco, and/or hardware solutions and technology trends

Excellent negotiation and communication skills

Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Skills

Experience working with SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS solutions

Knowledge of cloud computing and infrastructure technologies

Certification in project management or a related field

Working Conditions This position may require occasional travel to meet with partners and attend industry events.

Required Experience

Education:

Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, partner management, or a related role within the software/hardware/telco industry
