Order Management Import/Export Specialist
We are seeking an Order Management Import/Export Specialist to join our team and support our continued growth.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee orders for all international territories ensuring the timely flow of orders from receipt to shipment.
Receive and review purchase orders for correct pricing, payment terms, cube (volume), freight terms, model numbers and quantities.
Ensure shipment process follows compliance within US/foreign government regulations.
Enter orders into the Oracle system for email and EDI generated orders.
Work directly with Igloo’s freight forwarder and their agents to assure delivery of proper Export documents.
Work closely with the distribution department to expedite orders, request shipping information when necessary and verify that shipments have been scheduled on special services accounts.
Review Letter of Credits and issue proforma invoices to customers.
Monitor customer vendor report cards and vendor agreements to achieve maximum performance results.
Assist customers by email when expediting orders, verifying items and placement of emergency orders.
Track orders and research issues with price correction and improper order processing and communicate information to sales and customers.
Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications
Education: High School degree or equivalent.
Experience: Three (3) years of customer service experience.
Excellent time management, multi-tasking and balancing multiple requests at one time.
Demonstrates ability to follow directions and change priorities or job duties as business needs require; rotate to other department functions as needed.
Strong attention to detail.
Some overtime and Saturdays required.
Spanish language skills: Able to read, write, speak and comprehend Spanish.
Ability to complete basic mathematical functions (add, subtract, multiply and divide).
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and ERP systems.
Additional Desired Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Proficiency in Oracle programs, with the ability to navigate, analyze, and utilize system data effectively.
Experience working in a manufacturing environment, with an understanding of operational workflows, production processes, and cross-functional collaboration.
