Responsibilities
Drive outbound business development through phone, email, and social channels
Identify and engage decision‑makers to uncover technology challenges
Present managed service and IT solutions that drive client outcomes
Manage a detailed, high‑volume pipeline with accuracy and organization
Collaborate with internal resources to move deals from discovery through close
Confidently handle objections and keep conversations progressing forward
Qualifications
1–3 years of sales experience (inside sales, SDR, or AE roles)
Proven success in
new business generation
— true hunter mentality
Strong communication, discovery, and relationship‑building skills
Organized, self‑driven, and comfortable in a fast‑moving environment
Bonus Points
Experience selling
SaaS, IT services, or managed solutions
Background in a
smaller, agile MSP or tech sales team

(OTE 120K+) with aggressive accelerators
