Overview Abe is a fast‑growing, future‑focused agency that helps clients leverage LinkedIn, Meta, and other platforms to reach, engage, and convert their target audiences. The Senior Paid Social Strategist reports to the Associate Director and plays a key role in building high‑performing LinkedIn and paid social strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and lead a collection of social media accounts across LinkedIn and other paid platforms.

Serve as direct support to client contacts and provide cross‑sell/upsell opportunities.

Communicate weekly with vendors or operational partners to ensure alignment on tasks, work quality, and process improvements.

Build quarter‑based strategies and maintain, optimize, and manage budgets for paid media campaigns.

Confirm lead routing is accurate within a CRM and drive lead management best practices.

Work directly with the Associate Director to achieve internal and client goals.

Execute and optimize LinkedIn advertising campaigns, including ad copywriting, TAM development, and targeting to maximize ROI.

Qualifications

4+ years experience at a performance/digital marketing agency with hands‑on B2B client support.

Deep expertise in paid social, specifically LinkedIn Ads and other relevant ad units.

Proficiency with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, ZoomInfo, 6Sense, and other tools.

Strong understanding of paid media principles, keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and campaign optimization.

Ability to analyze performance data using GA4, Excel, or other analytics platforms to make data‑driven decisions.

Experience with audience segmentation by tier, job title, and more.

Leadership experience with mid‑market or enterprise accounts and measurable success.

Excellent communication and storytelling skills; you thrive on data and strategy.

Competitive, curious, and a true problem solver with a continuous learning mindset.

Success Metrics

Manage approximately five mid‑tier and enterprise accounts, consistently meeting or exceeding department KPIs.

Build client trust and relationships for consistent renewals and cross‑sell services aligned with client goals.

Communicate results clearly to clients, point of contact, and executives.

Deliver strategic account decisions that drive growth and client satisfaction.

Living wage at Abe; annual base salary range $85,000‑$95,000 USD (salary may vary).
