University Car Care is now hiring. We are looking for a service manager/ advisor to help our family oriented team in offering top notch service to our customers.
Job Summary Are you ready to take the next big step in your automotive industry career? Our high-volume automotive repair facility is seeking a full-time Automotive Service Manager.
The ideal candidate for this position should have a strong desire to succeed with integrity.
Responsibilities As a University Car Care automotive service manager, you will manage and direct all automotive and general service technicians in the operation of the shop, including:
Deliver exceptional customer service while listening and consulting customers.
Following up with customers, services requested, estimated completion times etc.
Oversee complete vehicle inspections and then make comprehensive recommendations.
Deliver and discuss pricing estimates with customers.
Oversee technicians’ inspections, diagnosing and repairing of domestic, European and Asian cars and light trucks.
Help keep the overall cleanliness and organization of the facility.
Other duties as assigned.
