$137,000.00/yr – $195,000.00/yr Meta is searching for an experienced Program Manager to lead Enterprise Supplier Management initiatives at Meta. This individual will work collaboratively with key stakeholders in Internal Audit, Legal, Finance, Enterprise Products, numerous business unit supplier management teams, Strategic Sourcing, and Procurement Operations to develop and implement various supplier transformation programs at the enterprise level. This includes driving the strategy, roadmap, processes, tools, reporting, policies and metrics throughout the lifecycle of the supplier relationship. They will assist the Manager of Enterprise Supplier Management to deliver progressive thought leadership, robust policies/processes, technology/tools, training, governance, and proven experience in customer service. This role requires someone who thrives in a flat, fast‑moving organization using lightweight processes, creative ideas and quick iteration to make a significant impact. The candidate will have an opportunity to influence account management strategies, build and maintain supplier relationship management framework, and develop/implement supplier master data management strategy for supplier relationships. Supplier Strategy Program Manager Responsibilities

Spearhead the Supplier Relationship Management pillar within Supplier Management, focusing on Meta's most critical suppliers. Lead cross‑functional initiatives that may not have a clear solution using discretion and expertise. Proactively identify the root cause of important problems within scope and develop practical, well‑justified, resource‑optimized solutions to enhance tooling, infrastructure, processes, and workflows to streamline supplier risk and performance management. Take ownership of multiple, multi‑layer cross‑functional relationships. Proactively, strategically, and thoughtfully engage cross‑functional stakeholders to drive adoption of Supplier Management policy, processes, and tools. Lead assist with special projects as needed. Provide leadership insight, move fast, and be accountable for results. Demonstrate and deploy advanced knowledge of data tools and analytical techniques. Implement the Supplier Master Data Management strategy to improve data integrity, enhance tooling to help Metamates select the right suppliers and further drive a compelling AI experience with accurate insights and an enriched supplier ecosystem. Actively identify and develop opportunities for broader Meta‑wide cross‑functional engagement. Drive and own continuous improvement in systems, processes, and/or controls. Lead large‑scale cross‑functional meetings, interact with executive stakeholders, and effectively disseminate communication and training. Lead or support the development and implementation of enterprise governance models for Tier 0/1 suppliers in partnership with Infrastructure, Strategic Sourcing, Procurement Operation, Privacy, Internal Audit, Legal, and others. Engage with a wide range of industry leaders, establishing Meta as a pioneer in supplier management. Set new standards for supplier management within the industry, driving best practices and innovation. Minimum Qualifications

B.A. or B.S. degree in business, supply chain, engineering, procurement, finance or equivalent experience. 8+ years of experience in Strategic Supplier Relationship Management, Supplier Performance Management, Third‑Party Risk Management, Sourcing or Procurement. Experience balancing multiple initiatives at once. Communication and process/project management experience. Experience in evaluating, developing and implementing supplier‑related solutions. Procurement systems/processes/tools experience. Experience driving change and improving end‑to‑end processes. Proven track record of successful communication skills, with experience in building relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders. Demonstrated experience in understanding operational constraints and barriers to gaining adoption, with in‑depth experience of assigned process area(s). Preferred Qualifications

Graduate degree. 10+ years of experience in project/asset management, procurement and supplier relations in a technology environment. Experience in flourishing and influencing others in an environment of fast growth and ambiguity.
