Location: Tri county area (Broward, Palm Beach, Dade)

Base Compensation: $80K - $88K (Based on Experience)

Uncapped Commissions: Actual earnings depend on performance, with top earners making $200k+ in year 2 and beyond.

Benefits: 100% Medical paid, Dental, Vision, 401(k) contribution

Car Allowance: $7,800/year

Primary Responsibilities include:

Meeting two associations weekly

Tracking and documenting sales activities (CRM)

Developing strategic partnerships

Hitting targets and strategizing to meet them

Identifying root causes to propose solutions

Travel up to 15% to Naples

Key Competencies:

Alignment with EOS Vision and Core Values

Proven success in closing new business

Experience managing CRM and sales tools

Background in association management, hospitality, or business development

Established network in our industry

Minimum Requirements:

10+ years in business development, sales, or management roles in medium to large companies

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Communication, or Marketing

Experience selling solutions-oriented services

Existing network in Service Sector, Hospitality, or Community Association Management

Ability to exceed sales and commission targets
