Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
Lead, train, and supervise a team of maintenance technicians and support staff.
Manage the maintenance budget, spare parts inventory, and procurement processes.
Ensure optimal uptime, reliability, and performance of all manufacturing equipment and facilities.
Oversee all repair, installation, and inspection activities to maintain operational efficiency.

Recommended Qualifications
5-7+ years of progressive experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or a related technical field.
Strong knowledge of industrial electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, including PLCs and automation.
Proven ability to lead and develop maintenance teams, manage budgets, and proficiency with CMMS software.
Demonstrated experience implementing preventative/predictive maintenance programs and ensuring adherence to safety regulations.
Bonus Qualifications
Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) certification
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
Experience with advanced automation, robotics, or PLC programming
Demonstrated success in CMMS implementation or optimization projects
