$86,000 - $126,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive preventative and predictive maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability.

Lead, train, and manage a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of safety and high performance.

Manage the maintenance budget, optimizing resource allocation and controlling operational expenditures.

Ensure the reliability, availability, and optimal performance of all manufacturing equipment and facilities.

Oversee the procurement and inventory management of critical spare parts and maintenance supplies.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes, reduce downtime, and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).

Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations, company policies, and environmental standards within the maintenance department.

Recommended Qualifications

5+ years of progressive experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or a related technical field.

Proficiency in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and experience implementing preventative/predictive maintenance programs.

Demonstrated ability to lead and develop maintenance teams, manage budgets, and optimize operational efficiency.

Strong knowledge of industrial equipment, automation systems, and relevant safety regulations (e.g., OSHA, LOTO).

Bonus Qualifications

Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) or Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) certification

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification

Experience with advanced automation systems (e.g., robotics, PLCs) in a manufacturing environment

Proven track record in managing large-scale capital projects or facility upgrades
