Salary Range:
$48,000 - $80,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to minimize production downtime.
Install, commission, and relocate new machinery and equipment according to specifications.
Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations, LOTO procedures, and quality standards.
Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve recurring equipment issues and improve reliability.
Recommended Qualifications
Strong electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills.
Proficiency with PLCs, HMIs, and industrial control systems.
Minimum 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
Demonstrated knowledge of safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting.
Welding and fabrication skills.
Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
HVAC certification or significant experience.
