Responsible for selling vehicles at dealership standards; Coordinate with sales manager to meet sales quotas; Greet customers promptly and follow the sales process; Assess customer vehicle needs; Demonstrate and test drive vehicles; Verify customer qualifications; Maintain knowledge of products and benefits; Perform inspections and deliver vehicles; Create events to foster customer loyalty; Conduct telephone transactions courteously; Utilize a consistent quotation process; Arrange display vehicles as directed; Handle customer complaints empathetically; Stay informed on relevant laws; Attend training and sales meetings.
