We are looking for a Manager to join our EPM team in Tech Consulting. The role involves helping clients navigate the complex world of Enterprise Performance Management through detailed process design and implementation support. The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of EPM solutions, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients. The role requires a minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree. Responsibilities
Managing client engagement teams and delivering professional services Developing solutions to complex problems and recommending policy changes Establishing procedures that affect the immediate work area and possibly the broader business function Exercising judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results Requirements
A Bachelor's degree required (4-year degree) Typically, no less than 4 - 6 years relevant experience A minimum of five years' experience in providing complex consultative services in the following focus areas: master data management, planning, budgeting, forecasting or BI reporting Working knowledge of a component of the modern EPM solutions landscape (e.g. Anaplan, Oracle Consolidations, Oracle Planning, OneStream, Tagetik) A strong working knowledge and point of view on the evolving concepts and practices for EPM Proven track record of understanding business challenges and translating them into value-add solutions What We Offer

The base salary range for this job is $139,100 to $254,900.
