Our EPM team helps apply cutting-edge technology and techniques to bring solutions to our clients. You will help our clients navigate the complex world of Enterprise Performance Management through detailed process design and implementation support. Our Advisory Seniors specialize in serving EY clients by guiding them through complex systems of forecasting, planning, budgeting and the integration with analytical and reporting solutions. We’ll look to you to provide our clients with a unique business perspective on how these processes can transform and improve their entire organization – starting with key business issues they face. This is an expanding area of our practice with high growth and plenty of opportunities to enhance the skillsets of individuals looking to build a career. Your Role
As a Manager in Solution Architecture, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between complex business problems and innovative technical solutions. You will be instrumental in understanding business requirements and defining the solution architecture that translates these requirements into effective, workable solutions. Your expertise will guide technical decisions to ensure they align with business outcomes, offering recommendations that propel the business forward. Your Key Responsibilities
Managing client engagement teams, working with a wide variety of clients to deliver professional services, and managing business development activities on strategic and global priority accounts. Focusing on the effective management and delivery of technology solutions, ensuring quality and risk management. Engaging in continuous process improvement and the identification of innovative solutions. Developing solutions to complex problems and recommending policy changes. Establishing procedures that affect your immediate work area and possibly the broader business function. Exercising judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Skills And Attributes For Success
Fostering relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels. Consistently delivering quality client services. Driving high quality work products within expected timeframes and on budget. Monitoring progress, managing risk and ensuring key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes. Managing expectations of client service delivery. Staying up to date of current business and industry trends relevant to the client's business. Effectively managing and motivating client engagement teams with diverse skills and backgrounds. Providing constructive on the job feedback/coaching to team members. Fostering an innovative and inclusive team oriented work environment. Counselling and mentoring junior consultants within the organization. Cultivating and managing business development opportunities. Developing and maintaining long-term client relationships and networks. Assisting in the strategy and implementation of EPM tools, processes and transformational solutions. Communicating with impact. Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree). Typically, no less than 4-6 years relevant experience. A minimum of five years’ experience in providing complex consultative services in focus areas: master data management, planning, budgeting, forecasting or BI reporting. Working knowledge of a component of the modern EPM solutions landscape (e.g., Anaplan, Oracle FCCS/HFM, Oracle Planning (Hyperion Planning / PBCS / ePBCS), OneStream, Tagetik). A strong working knowledge and point of view on evolving concepts and practices for EPM. Proven track record of understanding business challenges and translating them into value-add solutions with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Backgrounds may include financial analysis, FP&A support, EPM system administration, long-range planning, or implementation consulting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as excellent oral and written communication skills. A willingness to travel to meet client needs. Ideally, you’ll also have

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package with a base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US of $139,100 to $254,900; for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) $166,900 to $289,700. Total Rewards include medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Most client-serving roles are expected to work in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
