The Opportunity: Help Us Build the "Gold Standard" in Performance Marketing
We are looking for a Senior Paid Media Strategist to join our team in Burley.
This is a unique opportunity for a high-level tactician to move away from managing dozens of small accounts and instead own a significant monthly spend across our rooftops.
The Vision:
You will work directly with our Director of Marketing to build our internal advertising engine from the ground up. As we work to build and perfect this model, we will scale into a standalone digital marketing agency, with the opportunity for you to move into a SEM Manager and help build/lead our department.
The Mission
From Scratch to Success:
You will inherit existing accounts and work in direct collaboration with the Director of Marketing to re-architect, fix, and launch a sophisticated Google and Meta Ads strategy.
Quality Over Quantity:
Our priority is driving high intent leads to our sales department for both new and used inventory, as well as building a system to help build and drive service to our service departments.
Lead Attribution Mastery:
We are looking into tools to help us improve our tracking and are looking for someone that might have experience with, WhatConverts, Nimbata, or CallRail. You will be responsible for ensuring that our tracking is airtight so we can prove exactly which campaigns are driving leads to our sales and service teams.
In-Person Collaboration : This is a "boots on the ground" role. You’ll be part of a physical team where your ideas are heard, tested, and implemented in real-time.
Who You Are
Experience:
You have 3–5+ years of hands‑on experience in Google Ads (Search, PMax, LSAs) and Meta Ads. You know the "back end" of these platforms like the back of your hand.
Strategy Minded:
You don’t just "set and forget." You are constantly looking at the data to find where the "quality" leads are coming from.
Platform Agnostic:
While automotive experience is a plus, we value generalist expertise. If you’ve managed high‑ticket lead gen in other industries, we want to talk to you.
