About ER Autocare We are a busy automotive repair company with four locations around Columbus, Ohio, providing an upscale auto repair experience and proudly calling ourselves “Masters of Our Craft.”
Your Day as an Automotive Service Advisor Each workday begins with welcoming customers, assessing their repair needs, and providing accurate service recommendations. You will maintain consistent communication with the service team, prioritize tasks, and manage customer expectations to ensure timely completion of repairs. The schedule runs Monday through Friday, 7:00 am – 5:30 pm, supporting a healthy work‑life balance.
Responsibilities and Expectations Use strong sales skills to promote service recommendations and upsell when appropriate. Provide exceptional customer service to build trust and maintain positive relationships. Record‑keeping and efficient communication rely on proficiency with sales and customer‑service software. Attention to detail, organization, and the ability to work well under pressure are essential.
