Position Overview Are you looking for a sales job where almost every lead is warm or hot? TN Homebuyers has an open Business Development Representative position that can provide that! The Business Development Representative will be responsible for following up on leads after the first acquisition appointment. You will be making offers on residential properties, and following up with prospective sellers to get them under contract. This role will require excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as strong negotiation skills. You must also have strong organizational abilities to manage multiple overlapping tasks and responsibilities.

Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To

Create and send offers to sellers based on acquisition team input

Follow up on high‑priority leads in the pipeline to move deals forward

Speak with homeowners to address concerns and overcome objections

Respond promptly and professionally to seller emails, calls, and texts

Make a high volume of outbound calls to maximize lead potential

Monitor seller motivation and adjust follow‑up strategy accordingly

Drive clear next steps to move deals to close efficiently

Attend weekly in‑person team meetings and strategy sessions

Ideal Candidate Experience And Skill Sets

3+ years of experience in Inside Sales, with a proven track record of success.

Real estate experience preferred

High levels of determination, persistence, and resilience.

Strong communication skills across phone, email, text, and other virtual platforms.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.
