The Sales Development Specialist handles customer leads and generates sales appointments

with customers looking to sell a home. This person will excel in customer rapport , consistent outreach , and follow-up , and have the ability to quickly build relationships with others. Duties

Answering calls and creating a lasting first impression Responding to internet inquiries Assisting customers by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses and needs Thoroughly documenting conversations and details Scheduling appointments with strong emphasis on logistic efficiency, ensuring seamless coordination and minimal travel time Exhibit a strong sense of urgency in scheduling appointments to ensure timely and efficient coordination Using market trends, comps, and data research to assess property value and condition Regularly following up with prospective customers and returning calls, text messages, emails, and voicemails Ideal candidate experience and skill-sets

Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position Driven to get the job done in a timely and accurate manner Comfortable managing multiple priorities and responsibilities Must have above-average computer knowledge (CRM, Google Suite) Effectively communicate with both customer and sales team What do I get?
