North America Distributor Manager
– Molecular Devices We’re a Danaher operating company dedicated to delivering innovative life‑sciences technology that keeps life healthy and advancing. We’re looking for a sales leader to help grow revenue through channel partners across North America. In This Role
Lead channel programs to grow revenue and margin in alignment with distributor strategies. Design and implement standard work for managing distributor channels. Proactively assess and improve partner performance on a weekly basis. Meet targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in North America. Strengthen distributor relationships and optimize marketing campaigns and programs. Partner with Commercial Operations to deliver product education to distributor teams. Demonstrate behavior consistent with Molecular Devices Core Values. Essential Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a Life‑Sciences discipline or related field. Minimum 5 years sales experience in life science, drug discovery, biotech, or related industry. Experience leveraging adult learning theory, leadership development, and common selling systems to develop leaders. Familiarity with lean, Six Sigma, or other commercial optimization strategies. Ability to use metrics and KPIs to identify gaps and implement corrective actions. Additional Requirements
Remote work arrangement from home; eligible for a fully remote position. Travel requirement: 50% within North America. Valid driver’s license with acceptable record. Strong knowledge of funnel management, plate readers, high‑content imaging, or related technologies is a plus. Compensation
The annual salary range for this role is $110,000 – $130,000. This position is also eligible for bonus and incentive pay. Benefits
