As we grow, we are seeking a proactive and motivated Business Development Representative to help expand our client base and strengthen our presence in the market.

Position Summary:

The Business Development Representative (BDR) will play a key role in generating new business opportunities and expanding existing relationships. This individual will be responsible for prospecting, outbound outreach, client meetings, and helping businesses understand how our staffing solutions can support their workforce needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and engage potential clients through cold calls, networking, referrals, social outreach, and in-person visits

Conduct discovery conversations to understand client staffing needs and present appropriate solutions

Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects and track all activity through CRM and internal systems

Assist in preparing proposals/contracts and pricing strategies based on client requirements

Build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships to support ongoing business

Work collaboratively with recruiting teams to ensure smooth and successful fulfillment of orders

Represent the company at networking events, job fairs, and local business gatherings

Meet or exceed established sales goals and performance metrics

Qualifications:

1-3years of sales, account development, or recruiting experience (staffing industry experience preferred)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and polished presence

High level of organization, self-motivation, and ability to manage time effectively

Comfortable making outbound phone calls and in-person client visits

Ability to build rapport quickly and foster trust with business decision-makers
