Your Responsibilities As a Property Manager
Portfolio Management – Manage a portfolio of properties, build relationships with investor owners, and oversee client success.
Educate & Advise Clients – Educate property owners on performance, rent pricing, expense management, and more.
Hands‑On – Conduct showings, approve applications, and ensure maintenance meets client satisfaction.
Property Performance – Ensure occupancy, rent delinquency, budget variance, maintenance management, and marketing performance.

Job Requirements For The Executive Property Manager Position

Prior experience in a customer‑facing role.
Current Minnesota Real Estate License.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
