Real Property Management is looking for a dynamic Property Manager who will oversee property operations, lead a team, educate property owners, and ensure high property performance. Your Responsibilities
Team Management: Oversee leasing agents, maintenance coordinators, technicians, and optimize team morale. Educate & Advise Clients: Counsel owners on rent pricing, expense management, and maintenance. Hands‑On Operations: Conduct showings, process applications, and manage maintenance when team is unavailable. Property Performance: Ensure occupancy, minimize rent delinquency, manage budget variance, and market properties. What We’re Looking For
Experience leading teams and in maintenance (preferred). Strong customer‑service skills and ability to perform under pressure. Excellent written and verbal communication. Detail‑oriented with strong process adherence. Ability to prioritize and re‑prioritize workload. Minimum Requirements
Working knowledge of computer software. Prior experience in a customer‑facing role. Strong written and verbal communication skills. A NH Real Estate license is required. Being licensed or willing to do so is needed. Benefits & Pay
Compensation is a base pay with bonus potential. Pay is based on experience. Insurance plan provided. Apply today!
