As a Carpentry Foreman, you will direct a crew in the carpentry division. You will work with crew members while encouraging a commitment to safety, the people we serve, and the communities where we work. Responsibilities
Direct and lead a carpentry crew to ensure work runs effectively and profitably within the division. Track and maintain job hours against the production plan and communicate daily goals with the crew. Utilize blueprint reading skills to coordinate construction phases and pre-plan work, including day-to-day safety hazards and job-specific look-ahead hazards (SQPs). Promote safety as a top priority on all CCC job sites and ensure employees remain focused on safety for themselves and others. Adhere to physical requirements, including the ability to lift/push/pull 50-100 pounds consistently. Support travel as needed for the role. Qualifications
Strong independent problem-solving skills and carpentry leadership experience. Ability to read blueprints and coordinate construction phases. Willingness to travel for work. Commitment to safety and teamwork. Company and Benefits
