Brookshire Construction is seeking an experienced and reliable Carpentry Foreman to join our construction team in the Rolla & Cuba, MO areas. The Carpentry Foreman will be responsible for overseeing daily operations at a worksite to ensure the completion of projects in a safe and efficient manner.

Hourly rate:
$35.00—$40.00/hr. depending on experience
Location:
Rolla & Cuba, MO
Key Responsibilities
Communicate project progress and updates to managers and supervisors.
Oversee the work of construction crews, including carpenters, plumbers, and other tradespeople.
Address any issues or problems that arise during the construction process.
Maintain a clean, safe, and secure job site, picking up tools and equipment and securing job sites at the end of each day to eliminate potential hazards.
Ensure all homes under construction or in the warranty phase meet Brookshire’s high-quality standards and levels of customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
3—5 years of experience running a carpentry crew.
Safety and production driven.
Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather.
Must have a strong work ethic, be punctual and reliable.
Ability to read and understand blueprints.
Time management skills to meet deadlines and ensure construction phases are completed on time.
Extensive experience in construction, particularly in residential buildings.
Good organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
