Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) – Senior Manager – Tech Consulting – Location Open Join EY as a Senior Manager in Solution Architecture, leading complex technology implementations across enterprise performance management.

Key Responsibilities

Lead delivery of technical solutions, ensuring quality and managing operational risks.

Engage in delivery leadership, project management, and client interactions across all project phases.

Travel frequently to meet client needs and project requirements.

Solve complex problems using proven methods and evaluative criteria.

Influence policy and procedural changes with potential broad business impact.

Provide direction and feedback to teams, contributing to performance evaluations and the hiring process.

Skills & Attributes

Proven ability to manage and deliver complex solutions.

Strong focus on quality and navigating operational risks.

Capability to manage budgets and project delivery effectively.

Experience in building and managing client and commercial relationships.

Ability to travel as required for client engagements and project needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).

Minimum 7 years’ experience delivering complex consultative services in EPM, master data management, planning, budgeting, forecasting, or BI reporting.

Strong knowledge of modern EPM solutions (e.g., Anaplan, Oracle Consolidations, Oracle Planning, OneStream, Tagetik).

Working knowledge of evolving EPM concepts and practices.

Proven track record of translating business challenges into value‑add solutions, with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Strong business skills including relationship management, commercial awareness, and communication.

Willingness to travel to meet client needs.

Desired Additional Experience

Degree emphasis in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Computer Science, MIS, or IT.

Adapts to changing technology landscapes and stays ahead of industry trends.

Exceptional interpersonal skills for team collaboration and client trust.

Proactive approach to problem‑solving and decision‑making.

Experience leading diverse teams in dynamic environments.

What We Offer

Competitive compensation with a base salary ranging from $151,500 to $346,000, plus $181,800 to $393,200 for NYC, WA, CA (excluding Sacramento). Total rewards include medical, dental, pension, 401(k), and paid time off.
