Opportunity Our EPM team applies cutting‑edge technology to deliver solutions that improve forecasting, planning, budgeting, and analytics integration. You will help clients navigate the complex world of Enterprise Performance Management, designing and implementing solutions that drive performance improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the delivery of technical solutions, ensuring quality and managing operational risks.
Engage actively in delivery leadership, project management, and client interactions across all project phases.
Travel frequently to meet client needs and project requirements.
Solve complex problems using proven methods and evaluative criteria.
Influence policy and procedural changes with potential broad business impact.
Provide direction and feedback to teams, contributing to performance evaluations and the hiring process.
Skills and Attributes for Success
Proven ability to manage and deliver complex solutions.
Strong focus on maintaining quality and navigating operational risks.
Capability to manage budgets and project delivery effectively.
Experience in building and managing client and commercial relationships.
Ability to travel as required for client engagements and project needs.
To Qualify
A Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).
Min. 7 years of experience providing complex consultative services in EPM, master data management, planning, budgeting, forecasting or BI reporting.
Strong knowledge of modern EPM solution components such as Anaplan, Oracle Consolidations (FCCS/HFM), Oracle Planning (Hyperion Planning / PBCS / ePBCS), OneStream, and Tagetik.
Strong working knowledge and perspective on evolving EPM concepts and practices.
Proven track record of understanding business challenges and translating them into value‑add solutions; strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; active participation in brainstorming and data‑driven analysis.
Relevant backgrounds include financial analyst/FP&A support, EPM solutions admins, long‑range strategic and capital planners, implementation consultants, proficiency in cloud computing, cybersecurity, data architecture, relationship management, communication, and a willingness to travel.
Ideally, You’ll Also Have
Degree emphasis in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Computer Science, MIS, or IT.
Strong ability to adapt to changing technology landscapes and stay ahead of industry trends.
Exceptional interpersonal skills to foster team collaboration and client trust.
A proactive approach to problem‑solving and decision‑making.
Experience in leading diverse teams in dynamic environments.
What We Offer
Competitive compensation and benefits package. Base salary US range $151,500–$346,000 nationally; $181,800–$393,200 in major metros.
