Overview
Business Development Representative. Fully Remote (must reside in Atlanta, GA Area) - Open until filled. Responsibilities
Contact potential clients through cold calls, emails, referrals and other lead sources Present the company’s product portfolio and value propositions to potential clients Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction Build long-term trusting relationships with clients Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market Report to the Market Manager on weekly/monthly/quarterly sales results Stay up-to-date with new products/services Travel will be required based on territory size and customers Qualifications
Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role 3+ years of B2C experience preferred Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls) Track record of achieving sales quotas Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required Valid driver's license, vehicle and insurance Minimum 1-year face-to-face outside sales experience. 2-3 years B2B experience is preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Experience with HubSpot or other CRM desirable NetSuite or other large ERP experience desirable Industrial or B&C Distribution sales experience a plus Professionalism, high energy and excellent communication skills (verbal & written) Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds at times Compensation
First Year Salary up to $95,000-$125,000/DOE Benefits
