Job Summary
Janesville Utilities is seeking a qualified full‑time candidate to serve as a Lineworker in Janesville, MN. This position performs construction, operation, maintenance, and repair of electric and water distribution systems for the utilities. The lineworker also assumes responsibilities for various City/Utility operations.
Compensation and Schedule Pay range is $34.83–51.54 per hour based on experience plus great benefits. Pay is higher if you have a Journeyman Certification. Work hours are 7:00 am – 3:30 pm, with rotating on‑call shifts.
Qualifications • 3–5 years of experience in the electric and water industry. • Must have or obtain an Electric Journeyman Certification. • Must obtain an MN Class A CDL license. • Must be outage‑ready with a response time of 30 minutes.
