Line Worker – Janesville, MN
Janesville Utilities is seeking a qualified full‑time candidate to serve as a Line worker. This position performs construction, operation, maintenance, and repair of electric and water distribution systems for the utilities, and also assumes responsibilities for other various City/Utility operations.

Construction, operation, maintenance, and repair of electric and water distribution systems.

Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in the electric and water industry.
Possess or obtain an Electric Journeyman Certification.
Hold an MN Class A CDL license.
Be outage ready with a response time of 30 minutes.
Pay & Benefits Pay range is $34.83–$51.54 per hour, based on experience, with higher pay if you have Journeyman Certification. Benefits information is not available for this position; please contact the city directly for this information.
Work Hours 7:00 am – 3:30 pm with rotating on‑call shifts.
