Responsibilities
Support individuals in achieving personal goals and living a person‑centered life.
Teach independent living and daily living skills, including grooming and personal care routines.
Plan, coordinate, and participate in social activities and community outings.
Assist with household tasks such as cleaning, meal preparation, and food shopping.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
Valid driver’s license.
Effective communication skills with individuals served.
Experience in a residential setting serving people with intellectual or developmental disabilities or other special needs populations.
