About the Role The Resident Associate provides direct support to residents with daily living needs while promoting dignity, safety, and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
Provide respectful, service-focused support that encourages independence whenever possible.
Observe and report changes in residents’ physical or cognitive condition.
Support meal service, hydration, and engagement in daily routines.
Follow proper infection control, safety, and documentation standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience in assisted living, caregiving, or senior services preferred.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with residents, families, and team members.
Commitment to resident safety, respect, and confidentiality.
Physical Requirements Ability to lift, transfer, and assist residents; stand and walk for extended periods; and respond to resident needs promptly.
