What You’ll Do
Mentor and support adolescents in a residential setting
Lead and supervise Youth Counselors
Implement treatment plans and behavioral interventions
Coordinate recreational and educational activities
Maintain documentation and uphold safety standards
Qualifications
21+ years old
Valid Driver’s License
Associate or Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent experience
Background check required
Passion for youth development and teamwork
About Mount Prospect Academy Founded in 2003, MPA is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping adolescents rediscover their “zest for life” and succeed in the “business of life.” We provide mental health support, residential treatment, and educational services to youth who are “hard to treat” and “difficult to place.”
