The right candidate will have previous dealership service experience, excellent communication, customer service, sales and multi-tasking skills. Service Advisor responsibilities
Greetcustomers and answerphones promptly
Meet with customers and determine their needs for repair and/or service of their vehicle concerns
Obtaincustomer and vehicle information
Clearly reportall vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
Determineand recommendneeded maintenance based on age, mileage and history of vehicle
Increase profitability by maximizing sales and executing retail promotions
Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts
Establish follow up time
Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and updatecustomers frequently
Verifythat the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order
Explainall completed work and charges to customers
Other responsibilities as assigned
Our ideal candidate will possess these qualities:
Service Advisor, Dealership, Automotive Knowledge: 1 year
Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
CDK experience is preferred
Fordexperience is a PLUS
Dependable, friendly, enthusiastic and self-motivated individual
Computer proficient
Organized with superior time and priority management skills
Customer service and sales focused
