Greet customers and promptly answer phones Meet customers to determine repair and service needs Obtain customer and vehicle information Accurately report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer Recommend needed maintenance based on age, mileage, and vehicle history Maximize sales and execute retail promotions to increase profitability Prepare complete, accurate estimates of labor and parts costs Establish follow‑up time and monitor each vehicle’s progress throughout the day Reconcile final invoices with work performed on the repair order Explain completed work and charges to customers Other responsibilities as assigned Qualifications
