As a Strategy Senior Associate, you’ll help drive strategic priorities, support product and portfolio strategy, and shape the future of our card business. In this role you’ll partner with cross-functional teams to set and track strategic objectives, support high-priority initiatives, and help define the long-term vision for customer experience and product strategy. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, enjoys solving complex problems, and is eager to make a meaningful impact.
Job responsibilities
Play a key role in setting strategic direction, driving alignment on long-term priorities, and influencing decision-making to advance top business priorities
Help define and maintain the framework for tracking and measuring the product portfolio’s ongoing success
Support critical strategic initiatives to enhance and transform customer experiences, identifying new business opportunities and scalable solutions
Assist in developing and socializing strategies for transformation and long-term growth and partner with cross-functional leaders to implement
Cultivate strategic awareness and collaboration across the portfolio, ensuring initiatives are integrated and aligned while proactively identifying synergies and opportunities to advance key priorities
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
4+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, strategic finance, or similar roles
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to structure and break down complex problems, synthesize diverse information, and develop actionable insights and recommendations
Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to clearly and persuasively convey complex ideas; advanced storytelling abilities demonstrated through compelling PowerPoint presentations and proficient use of Excel
Strong relationship builder comfortable collaborating with and influencing leadership
Intellectual curiosity and ability to develop subject matter expertise in new subjects quickly
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
Experience working in financial services
