Responsibilities
Collaborates with the Executive team and Department leaders to assist with action plans for patient experience surveys.
Leverages analytical, project management, and interpersonal skills to lead, direct, and facilitate the creation and deployment of improvement initiatives and change projects.
Provides appropriate communication to facility stakeholders regarding patient service‑focused initiatives.
Provides administrative and data analysis support related to patient experience survey results.
Assumes responsibility for developing proposals, implementation, and communication plans for assigned special projects.
Qualifications Bachelor's (Required), Master’s Certified Patient Experience Professional (CPXP) – EV Accredited Issuing Body, Change Management Certification (PROSCI) – EV Accredited Issuing Body
Pay Range $91,313.86 – $169,845.73
