CSR – In Office Sales Representative
Fred Loya Insurance Agency is seeking a proactive
Customer Service Representative (CSR)
for our in-office sales team. Responsibilities
Provides professional, courteous service to internal and external customers. Answers questions regarding customers’ policies. Accepts payments and processes transactions. Identifies potential needs for customers regarding their policies. Follows up with customers on quotes, renewals, and cancellations. Participates in marketing initiatives for new business development as needed. Maintains a neat and clean work area and office. Handles FNOLs (vehicle inspections) and takes vehicle pictures (requires squatting, bending, flexing). Performs bank run deposits. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications
Computer literate (basic to intermediate skills). Bilingual in English/Spanish is helpful. Excellent communication skills, assertive demeanor, and ability to provide a first-rate customer experience. Must pass state licensing requirements. Flexible schedule. Reliable transportation. Education & Training
High School Diploma required. Previous customer service experience is helpful. Employment Details
