Overview CSR - In office Sales Representative

Fred Loya Insurance Agency . The Customer Service Representative is responsible for selling new auto insurance policies, renewing policies, servicing existing policies, and marketing for possible new business.

Responsibilities

Sales

Provides professional, courteous service to internal and external customers

Answers questions regarding customer’s policy

Accepts payments and processes transactions

Identifies potential needs the customer may have regarding their policy

Follows up with customers on quotes, renewals, and cancellations

Involved with marketing initiatives for new business development on an as-needed basis

Maintains a neat and clean work area and office

FNOLs (vehicle inspections)

Taking vehicle pictures (squatting, bending, flexing required)

Bank deposits

Position is full-time

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

High School Diploma

Computer literate with basic to intermediate skills

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is helpful

Excellent communication skills, be assertive, and provide a first-rate experience for customers

Must pass state licensing requirements

Flexible schedule

Reliable transportation

Previous customer service experience is helpful
