Production Assembly Technician — Fort Worth, TX
MacroAir is hiring several Production Assembly Technicians to join our Texas manufacturing team. This is an assembly-first role focused on building high-quality fan products and sub-assemblies, with occasional support in packaging and staging as production demand requires.

What You’ll Do
Assemble fan products and sub-assemblies using hand and power tools
Perform mechanical and basic electromechanical assembly, including
electrical panel/control assembly
Follow work instructions, drawings, and quality standards
Verify fit, function, and workmanship before the product moves downstream
Maintain a clean, organized assembly workstation
Support packaging, staging, and inventory accuracy during peak periods
Identify inefficiencies or quality risks and help improve the process
What We’re Looking For
Experience in mechanical or electromechanical assembly preferred
Ability to read and follow basic assembly drawings, wiring diagrams, and work instructions
Comfortable logging work orders and transactions in an ERP system
High School diploma preferred, or equivalent hands-on manufacturing experience
Ability to frequently lift
25–50 lbs
and occasionally lift up to
70 lbs
(with assistance as needed)
Forklift certification is a plus

Schedule:
40 hours/week, Monday–Thursday , with overtime potential
Open manufacturing environment with hand/power tools, moving equipment, and typical production noise
